Abstract: |
A strain(No. Ma1)was isolated using PDA medium from the muscardine cadaver of silkworm collected
from Huazhou of Guangdong province. Its colony characteristics were observed and described. The morphological of
its mycelium, matured spores and conidiophores were observed under microscope and identified by molecular biology
techniques. The primers were designed according to PCR amplification area ITS of the ribosome genes from Ma1,it could
get amplification strip about 558 bp. We searched for homology using the BLAST programs available at the web site of the
National Center for Biotechnology Information, and the phylogenetic tree for the genus Nomuraea rileyi was constructed
by Neighbor-Joining method. Based on its morphology and ITS sequence analysis, the strain from entomopathogenic
fungus was identified as Nomuraea rileyi |
