Abstract:
      The callus of rosemary(Rosmarinus officinalis L.)was used as materials,the content of carnosic acid in callus under different LED light was detected by High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC). The C18 chromatographic column was utilized for analysis. The column was eluted at 30℃ with isocratic elution of 55% acetonitrile and 45% solution(0.1% phosphoric acid)for 30 min at a flow rate of 1.5 mL/min. The elunet was monitored at 280 nm by using UV spectra. The results showed that compared with callus under dark and white fluorescent lamp,the callus cultured under LED yellow grew best, those under LED white also grew well,while those under LED blue grew worst. The order of carnosic acid content of rosemary callus under different LED lights was LED white > white fluorescent lamp > LED blue > LED red > LED green > LED yellow. Under LED white,the content of carnosic acid in callus was the highest and the callus also grew well.
