| Discusion of systematic status of Cyclobalanopsis inFagaceae based on rbcL，matK and ITS sequence |

| Abstract: |
| In order to clear the status of Cyclobalanopsis in the system classification，we constructed phylogenetic
tree using the PAUP and MEGA software，based on 3 DNA sequences，chloroplast rbcL，matK and nuclear ITS
downloaded from GenBank. The results showed as follows：（1）Conservative order of three sequences in Fagaceae was
rbcL > matK > ITS，rbcL sequence could only separate Fagus，but couldn’t solve the problem of most intergeneric system
classification，and did not get incredible support on main branches，so it was not suitable for system classification of
Fagaceae；（ 2）According to phylogenetic tree branch and the Bootstrap support based on matK and ITS，this research
supported that Cyclobalanopsis existed as subgenus in Quercus |
