Abstract: |
Pot experiments were carried out to study the effects of drought stress(light drought stress, heavy
drought stress)and rehydration on the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),peroxidase
(POD),the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)and so on. The results showed that, with the drought stress level
strengthening, the activity of SOD,the synthesis of MDA,soluble sugar content increased, the activity of CAT and
leaf relative water content reduced. 20 days after rehydration SOD activity,POD activity and soluble protein content
decreased after an initial increasing;proline content, soluble protein, leaf relative water were consistent with the
degree of drought stress, while the MDA content decreased at first and then increased. Each physiological and
physiochemical index played a protective role in Jinshayou’s response to the dramatic change of drought and flood
environment. |
