Abstract: |
In order to identify the pathogen of oil tea anthracnose in Hainan, morphological characteristics,
pathogenicity test, analysis of molecular sequences and biological characteristics were studied. The results showed that
Conidia were oval or cylindrical, measured 13.0-20.3 μm×3.7-6.2 μm. The results based on the phylogenetic analysis
of the rDNA-ITS and TUB2 gene showed that the pathogen was in the same branch with Colletotrichum gloeosporioides
reference isolates in the phylogenetic tree, whose bootstrap value was 100%. Effects of carbon source, nitrogen source,
temperature and pH on pathogen growth were significantly different. The optimal carbon source and nitrogen source for
pathogen growth were trehalose and peptone respectively. The optimal temperature and pH value for pathogen growth
were 28℃ and 6 respectively. Based on above results, the pathogen of oil tea anthracnose in Hainan was identified as
Colletotrichum gloeosporioides(Penz.)Sacc. |
