Abstract: |
By means of plate confrontation culture and mycelium growth rate, the antimicrobial activity and
virulence of metabolities of soil actinomycetes against vetetable soil borne pathogenic fungi were tested . The results
showed that 483 actinomycete strains were isolated from 122 soil samples of protected vegetable, many other crop
roots and different vegetatation from more than 10 cities and counties in Ningxia, and further purified, observed and
determined 212 strains of actinomycetes with faster growth rate and we well growth. Through determination of the
antagonism, antibacterial activity and virulence, 3 strains of biocontrol actinomyces which had significant inhibitory
effect on many pathogenic fungi of vegetable soil borne diseases were screened out in order to provide good source of
actinomycete strains for the development of biological pesticide. |
