| Abstract: |
| The specific primers were designed according to reported cDNA sequences of CmERFII-11 in melon，
CmERFII-11 gene cDNA was cloned from fruit of Cucumis melo L. by RT-PCR method. CmERFII-11 gene was
analyzed by the tools of bioinformatics， expression pattern was showed by Real-time quantitative PCR. The length
of cDNA was 954 bp coding a polypeptide of 255 amino acids with a calculated molecular weight of 28.33 ku and an
isoelectric point of 7.62. CmERFII-11 gene expressed in the root， stem， leaf and different developmental stages of fruit
after pollination， CmERFII-11 gene expressed highest in leaf. |
