Abstract: |
The endophytic fungi were isolated from Glehnia littoralis. The molecular identification of ITSrDNA
was applied to analyze fungal taxa, and fungal diversity was explored. The results showed that 137 fungal
strains were isolated from G. littoralis. These fungi were assigned to 21 taxa, containing 6 classes,8 orders,11
families and 21 generas. Endophytic fungal groups in G. littoralis of Anguo were attributed to 12 generas. Shannon-
Wiener index(H)and Simpson’s index(D)were 1.08 and 0.90 respectively. Alternaria(29.93%)was the
major fungal group. Endophytic fungal groups in G. littoralis of Yantai were attributed to 17 generas. The diversity
index were 1.31(H)and 0.94(D)respectively. Colletotrichum(19.71%)and Alternaria(13.87%)belonged
to the core groups. Thus, the diversity of endophytic fungi in Yantai G. littoralis was higher than that of Anguo G.
littoralis. Moreover, there was a medium similarity(Cs=0.57)of endophytic fungal composition in G. littoralis
between Anguo and Yantai. |
