Abstract:
Taking the content of total flavonoids as investigated index,solid- liquid ratio, extraction temperature, extraction duration, extraction times and ethanol concentration as factors,on the basis of single factors, the extraction process of total flavonoids from Blumea balsamifera was optimized through L9(34)orthogonal design. The results showed that factors influencing total flavonoids from B. balsamifera were as followings:solid- liquid ratio(C)> temperature(B)> extraction duration(D)> alcohol concentration(A)> extraction times. The optimal extraction conditions were 60% alcohol, 90℃,1∶20 solid-liquid ratio, for 3 h. Under these conditions, the flavonoids content reached 2.29%. The extraction process provided a reference for development and utilization of total flavonoids in B. balsamifera.
