Abstract: |
In order to provide theoretical basis for high quality cultivation of wheat, with 3 different wheat
varieties,including China spring,Ningchun NO.4 and Ningchun NO.42 as materials,under different timing
and stages of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium application, pot experiments were carried out to study the
composition and expression of High Molecular Weight Glutenin Subunit(HMW-GS). The results showed that,
in different fertilization treatments,Glutenin formed after flowering time differently, the general trend of Glutenin
accumulation changes was dynamic“ low-high-low”. With grain growth and maturity,Glutelin contents of 3
varieties gradually increased, reached the maximum accumulation at about 25 days after flowering, then a slight
decline. In different fertilizer treatments,HMW-GSs of 3 varieties all formed in 5-15 days after flowering. The
subunit formation time was different in different varieties, and the forming order of HMW-GS was different in the
same cultivar, the subunits coded by Glu-D1x and Glu-B1x formed first, while the subunits coded by Glu-A1
formed last. Nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium application had effects on composition of HMW-GS in Ningchun
NO.4 and Ningchun NO.42. |
