Abstract:
      In order to study the effects of Imazethapyr on the peanut physiological indices and the mitigation effect of biochar on peanut phytotoxicity induced by Imazethapyr,by pot experiment,we added 2 times of the recommended high dosage of Imazethapyr into the soil,and then added 0,1.0,2.0,4.0,8.0,16.0 g/kg biochar in the soil,at last, determined the peanut plant height,chlorophyll content,malondialdehyde(MDA)content and superoxide dismutase (SOD),catalase(CAT),and peroxidase(POD)activity changes. The results showed that Imazethapyr inhibited the height growth of peanut,influenced the change of antioxidant enzymes,the activities of SOD and CAT decreased and the activity of POD increased,at the same time the chlorophyll content reduced and the MDA content increased. 4 g/kg biochar in soil had restoration effect on peanut physiological indexes
