Abstract:
      FTIR spectra of four tea germplasm resources were obtained by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)method,system clustering and correlation coefficient method were used to analyze and compare these spectral data. The results showed that,Because of the different proportion of chemical constituents in each tea germplasm resource,although there was a great similarity in infrared spectrum,the results still showed differences in the characteristic peaks of infrared spectrum among four tea germplasm resources. According to the spectral peak and absorbance ratio,four tea germplasm resources could easily be identified,and different quality could be evaluated. By infrared fingerprinting,four tea germplasm resources could be divided into three categories, the first category included:Longsheng Longji tea and Lingui Wantian tea;The second category included Lingyun baihao tea;The third category included Nanshan Baimao tea. FTIR-cluster analysis can be used as a feasible method for the identification and quality evaluation of tea germplasm resource.
