Abstract:
      In order to improve the safety performance of ropeway in cargo transporter which was used in the hill orchard,and to optimize the operating parameters of cargo transporter,a test system of pulling force with CAN bus technology was studied and designed considering the chain tension of cargo transport as the safety performance indexes. Firstly,the chain tension to determine the pulling force test program was analyzed when cargo transport was working. Secondly,the master controller STC12C5A60S2,CAN controller SJA1000 and CAN transceiver 82C250 were used to build the hardware and LabVIEW software which was used to build the user interface of the pulling test system. And then,the measuring voltages of the pulling test system were tested and the voltages were demarcated after testing the communication reliability of CAN bus. Finally,the accuracy and stability of pulling test system were tested through the pulling test of gavelock. Results showed that the absolute value of the maximum absolute error in the measuring voltage was 0.3251 V and the relative error was less than 8%. After calibration,the absolute value of the absolute error in the measuring voltage was less than 0.0124 V. The absolute value of absolute error in the pulling test of gavelock was less than 4 N,and the absolute relative error was less than 5%.
