In this paper, taking no fertilization and conventional fertilization as control, soil nutrient characteristics
and effects of promoting tea yield and quality of“ Jinhaida” organic fertilizer for tea plants were tested. The results showed
that application of“ Jinhaida” organic fertilizer could significantly improve the main soil nutrients, such as nitrogen,
phosphorus, potassium, organic matter and trace elements of available B,Mo,Mn,Fe,Cu,Ca,Mg,Zn content,
and help to alleviate soil acidification trend. In terms of promoting the growth of tea, when the amount of total nutrient,
the available properties of organic fertilizer nutrients were slightly lower than those of conventional fertilization, but
it could be maken up by increasing amount of organic fertilizer. In terms of improving the quality of tea,“Jinhaida”
organic fertilizer could make the contents of tea polyphenols, amino acids, theobromine, soluble sugar water extracts
increased, and significantly reduced the fluoride content in tea, compared to no fertilization, conventional fertilization,
and the defluoridation rates were 15.46%-25.58%,1.21%-11.33% respectively. |
