Abstract:
      In this test,we selected 35 fertility restorers from 359 breeding materials using SCAR primer, accounting for 9.75% of the proportion of the total. Restorer gene mainly found in small fruit and elongated fruit. The larger the fruit diameter,the less the restorer gene was recovered,restorer gene appeared unstable sterility higher, It was easier for hybridization of male sterile line with close kinship varieties,with distant varieties,miscellaneous transactions remained consistent.
