Abstract: |
Taking peasants who obtained loans from rural credit cooperatives and a member of farmer professional
co-operatives from Shaanxi province as the research objects, combined with relative entropy portfolio weighting
method, using related factors about farmers’ professional co-operatives as indexes, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation
model was used to make empirical analysis about the effectiveness of formal finance system. The results showed that
the evaluation vector corresponded to the level as the“ good”,and in addition to arable land, income level and other
factors, the index weights of other factors related to the cooperatives in the“ secondary”,so that farmers’ professional
co-operatives played an important role in the formal financing of farmers. Therefore,it was necessary to strengthen
the support of governments and the credit cooperatives to farmers’ professional cooperatives, further strengthen the
information superiority and the filtering function of farmers’ professional co-operatives,promote the efficiency of the
mode of “professional cooperative + farmers + financial institutions”,solving the difficulty of financing problem for
farmers. |
