Abstract:

The…aquatic…water…of…Trionyx sinensis…was…treated…by…different…concentrations…of…ozone， at（27 ±1） ℃， the…water…quality…was…detected， and…the…growth…and…survival…rate…of…T. sinensis…was…observed.…The…results… showed…that， by…different…concentrations…of…ozone， the…contents…of…NO 2 -N…and…NH 4 -N…in…aquaculture…water…significantly… decreased， and…the…dissolved…oxygen（DO）content…increased.…After…21…days， in…aquatic…water…treated…with…0.1…mg/L… ozone， the…average…weight…of…T. sinensis… was…17.5（±0.16）g， the…survival…rate…reached…91.33%， the…effect…was… obvious.
