Abstract:
      In…order…to…study…the…effects…of…nozzle…types(HH-SS1…standard…solid…cone…nozzle, HU-SS60-02… standard…flat…fan…nozzle, HU-SS60-03…standard…flat…fan…nozzle)and…spray…angles(0° , ±15° , ±30° , ±45° )of… vertical…spray…boom…on…spray…deposition…in…orchard, spray…deposition…and…penetration…were…measured…to…optimize…the… spray…angle.…The……results…showed…that…HH-SS1…-15° , HU-SS60-02…-30° …and…HU-SS60-03…-30° …nozzle…configurations… performed…best…at…the…upper…side…of…leaves.…The…highest…effects…on…deposition…at…the…bottom…side…of…leaves…were…found…in… HH-SS1…30° , HU-SS60-02…30° …and…HU-SS60-03…45° …nozzle…configurations.…There…were…the…same…tendencies…of…the… effects…of…nozzle…type…on…the…distribution…of…spay…deposition…at…the…upper…and…bottom…sides…of…leaves.…The…larger…droplet…size… was, the…bigger…spray…angle…for…higher…spray…deposition…was.
