| To improve the quality of valuable Chinese herbal material Dendrobium officinale and promote the development of under-forest economy in Guangdong province，this article studied the effects of different seedling types，attached trees and fertilization on cultivation techniques in imitating wild forest condition for D. officinale with different germplasm resources，and compared the quality between facility cultivation and imitating wild forest cultivation. With the germplasm resources from Guangdong，Fujian and Yunnan province，the suitable imitating wild cultivation can be reached by attaching the tray seedling on pine，fir and longan trees，and using the controlled release fertilizer. The content of accumulation of polysaccharide can reach 40.5% and 0.0367% of three-year old D. officinale. |
