Abstract: |
The pollution of heavy metals has threatened our food quality and security,it is necessary to research the characteristics of accumulation, absorption and translation of cadmium in crops. The study evaluated the tolerance of 3 genotypic of soybeans towards cadmium,in order to provide foundation for practice production and theory research. Four
adding amounts( 0,1,2,3 mg/kg) of exogenous cadmium(CdCl2)were set,3 genotypic of soybeans( HC6,HX3,
HNH)were used, the cadmium contents in different organs of soybean and soil were measured. The results showed
that, when the exogenous cadmium content in soil was from 0 mg/kg to 1.84 mg/kg,cadmium had no significant effect on
agronomic traits of 3 different genotypic of soybeans. The tolerance order towards cadmium was HNH>HC6>HX3. The
cadmium content of root, stalk, leaf and pod increased with the increase of soil cadmium content. The cadmium content
in soybean’s organs differs a lot from each other in the same treatment, ranked in root, stalk, leaf and pod. |
