Abstract: |
In this study, the physical and chemical properties of Chicken Manure and Coconut Husk compost were
compareed to determine the effect of different microbial agent on high-temperature composting. The results indicated
that C/N keep about 25 and inoculation of functional microbes for 0‰(CK)、5‰(F1)、10‰(F2) and 20‰(F3),
respectively. The pH and EC value of the four treatments all increased along with the composting, but the moisture,
organic matter and C/N reduced. At the end of the composting, the pH value of all treatments were among 7.42 and
7.52,while the EC of all treatments all under 2 000 μs/cm.Compare with without inoculation of functional microbes,
add inoculation of functional microbes can increase the composting temperature and extend the high-temperture time,
and compost temperature reached the highest value of 62℃ among all treatments and high-temperture(over 55℃)
sustained for 15 days, but it no-significance for the three inoculation of functional microbes. the total nutrient contents of
adding 5‰ of functional microbial agent is 5%. |
