Abstract: |
Response surface analysis( Box-Behnken) was carried out to investigate the effects of three factors on lipids extraction from Chlorella sorokiniana using accelerated solvent extraction technique. Factors presented
here were extraction temperature, extraction time and chloroform-methanol volume-ratio. Based on experimental
data,ANOVA and quadratic regression reswts showed that, model was significant( P < 0.0001),in which lack of
fit was not significant and R2 was 0.9917,close to 1 and R2ad(j 0.9811). ANOVA also indicated that the effects of
extraction time and extraction temperature on lipids extraction were significant, while that of chloroform-methanol
volume-ratio was not. Elliptic contour plots showed the presence of interaction between factors. The highest amount of extract of predicted and experimental values were 16.06% and 16.10%,corresponding condition in which extraction
temperature was 132.37℃,extraction time was 12.79 min and chloroform-methanol volume-ratio was 2.26∶1. |
