Abstract:
The marshes, marshy meadows, meadows and arable land in Napahai wetlands were selected to study the soil nutrients and enzymes activities in rainy and dry seasons,to reveal the response of seasonal dynamics of soil nutrients and enzymes activities to wetland degradation. The results showed that in addition to the effective phosphorus, the contents of soil organic carbon, total nitrogen, available potassium and alkali solution nitrogen in the rainy season were higher than those in dry season. Soil urease activity during rainy season was lower than that in dry season, but in addition to the primary swamp, the invertase activity in rainy season was higher than that in dry season. At different succession stages, soil nutrients and enzyme, activities were different in changing seasons. Correlation analysis showed that soil nutrients had significantly positive correlation or negative correlation with enzymes activities (P<0.05).
