Abstract: |
Taking 98 conventional rapeseed( Brassica napus L.) varieties as materials, using field experiment
and setting two nitrogen fertilizer treatment experiments,N1( pure nitrogen was 150 kg/hm2) and N0( pure nitrogen
was 0 kg/hm2),the relationship between phosphorus grain production efficiency(PUEg)and the content of protein
and oil of B. napus L. was studied, the variety of tested rapeseed were classified into 5 types( A,B,C,D,E) based
on PUEg by using the MinSSw method. The correlation analysis indicated that PUEg had a significantly negative
correlation with protein content(rN0 = -0.3746,rN1 = -0.2672)and an extremely significantly positive correlation
with oil content(rN0 = 0.4105、rN1 =0.3670). PUEg had a significantly positive correlation with total amount of oil,
the correlation coefficients of N0 and N1 were 0.4884 and 0.5432 . With the increase of PUEg,the oil content and
total amout of oil of different types all gradually increased. After applying nitrogen fertilizer, the content and average
volume of protein increased ,the mean of oil content reduced and the average volume of oil increased. |
