Abstract: |
To cultivate vigorously growing water dropwort seedings with uniform performance, substrates and
field soil were mixed in different proportions and the optimum substrate formulation for water dropwort growing was
selected. Using wet-cultivated water dropwort(Oenanthe stolonifera D.C.)‘D07’as materials, the effects of
different cultivation substrates on growth, root activity and functional components of root and leaf blades were studied.
The results showed that, when the ratio of vegetable substrate to field soil was 1∶1, or the ratio of wormcast to field
soil was 3∶2,the seedlings the plant growth was the highest and the best, the strong seedling index values were
both 0.13, had high photosynthetic pigment content, and their roots developed well, the two substrates were good for
seedling growth of wet-cultivated water dropwort. |
