Abstract:
      In order to research the using methods and application effects of rice reducing-cadmium agent, the germination rate,seedling quality and contents of Cd,Zn,Mn and Fe of rice were determined by means of germination experiments of seed-coating,seed-soaking and foliar spray with rice reducing-cadmium agent JGLY-2. Results showed that the best usages of seed coating,seed soaking and foliar spray of JGLY-2 were as follows:coating ratio 1∶20,seed soaking ratio 1∶20 and foliar spray 5 g. Compared with untreated controls,the contents of Cd and Mn in rice seedling treated with the 3 methods using JGLY-2 decreased by 30.30%-49.57% and 7.46%-19.18%, respectively. The dry weight and Zn content of rice seedling increased by 0.62%-8.62% and 0.20%-15.94%, respectively. This rice reducing-cadmium agent could significantly reduce cadmium content in seedling and prevent harm of rice under cadmium stress,it was an effective medicament for reducing cadmium pollution of rice.
