Abstract: |
Pleurotus geesteranus mushroom has high sales turnover in recent years. Screening of high yield,
low-cost media formulations has important significance for production. Flammulina velutipes spent compost is the
waste after F. velutipes cultivation,it contains a lot of nutrients untapped. In this study,we used F. velutipes spent
compost as substrate for P. geesteranus cultivation. The results showed that F. velutipes residue compost content
increased P. geesteranus mycelial growth and primordia formation delayed. With the increase of F. velutipes spent
compost content,P. geesteranus fruit body weight and biological efficiency decreased. when F. velutipes residue
content was 40%,there was the highest net profit,it could be partially replaced cottonseed hull in P. geesteranus
cultivation medium. |
