Abstract: |
In this study,we collected 216 Duroc pigs from a breeding herd in Fujian province and genotyped
them with Illumina Porcine SNP60K Bead Chip. Based on the high-density SNP data, the genome-wide LD was
calculated with Haploview. Results showed that LD reduced as the marker intervals increasing. The r2 between
adjacent markers ranged from 0.46 to 0.59 in the Duroc population. The mean r2 was 0.52 among adjacent markers
across the genome,with the minimum in SSC10( r2 =0.46),and the maximum in SSC6( r2 =0.59). This study
provides useful information for further genome-wide analysis of Duroc pig. |
