Abstract: |
In this study,we reseached the influences of different rootstocks on growth and contents of mineral
elements in leaf of “ Shixia” longan. The results showed that the growth of ‘ Shixia’ longan was significantly
affected by rootstock. The longan plants with‘ Shalimu’,‘Dingyuan’ and‘ Cihezhong’ cultivar as rootstock
had larger growth than the longan plant with‘ Gongmaben’,‘Shuguan’,‘Houxiangben’,‘Wulongling’,
‘Xinjiaowuyuan’ as rootstock. We also found that the mineral elements contents in‘ Shixai’ longan leaf were
affected by different rootstocks. The Ca,Mg contents in leaf with‘ Shalimu’as rootstock was higher than another
cultivars as rootstock; The Fe,Mn,Cu contents in leaf with‘ Dongbi’ and‘ Xinjiaowuyuan’ as rootstock was higher
than another cultivars as rootstock; The Zn,B contents in leaf with‘Cihezhong’as rootstock was higher than
another cultivars as rootstock; The P content in leaf with‘ Dingyuan’as rootstock was higher than another cultivars
as rootstock. The results indicated that rootstock obviously affected the main mineral elements metabolism. The
‘Shixia’ longan growth evaluation model was established using stepwise regression method. |
