Abstract: |
Application of biochar has an important role in improvement of crop yield and soil quality. The
effects of biochar on soil microorganisms environment and soil enzyme in Ningxia greenhouse were investigated by
appling different amounts of biochar, for providing a scientific basis for the addition of biochar in greenhouse soil.
Results showed that the bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes, the content of microbial biomass N and microbial biomass
C in soil increased by biochar. Different indicators were affected by the amount of biochar, which were sensitive during
the transplanting date of western celery. The membership functions of different indicators were compared. In TR2
treatment, the optimization results of soil environment were the best, and the production of western celery were
the highest. The membership functions of different conducts were higher than that of the control, when the
western celery were harvested. The comprehensive physical and chemical characters of soil were better in TR5
treatment, but the comprehensive representation was not good enough and the production increase were lower. The
high amount of biochar might have hibitory effect of cope at the beginning,so the recommended amount of biochar
was 4 500 kg/hm2-6 750 kg/hm2 in Ningxia greenhouse. |
