Abstract: |
In this study,298 bacteria were isolated from cassava microenvironments and 57 strains with
cellulase activity were gained by in vitro detection test. Results showed that strains with big hydrolysis circle (the
score of 3) accounted for 40.9% and strains with weakly hydrolysis circle(the score of 2 and 1) accounted for
27.9% and 24.6%,respectively. The saccharification level and enzyme activity were tested by DNS method, and we
found 10 potential strains with efficient ability of degradation of cellulose,in which strain HWY-3-9 had the best
saccharification and enzyme activity, the sugar content was 0.1852 mg/mL and enzyme activity was 0.0012 U/mL,
and it was identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens. |
