Abstract: |
According to the household survey data from Guangdong,Anhui,Gansu and Henan province,
based on the theory of planned behavior, using Logistic model, the influence factors of farmers’ willingness
to forest right circulation were analyzed. The results showed that 298 households had willingness to transfer,
accounting for 81.64% of the total samples, and the farmers with willingness to flow into were basically balanced
with the farmers with willingness to flow out. However, the actual farmers only accounted for 13.70%,there
was a large gap between the willingness to transfer and the proportion of peasant households with transfer
experiences. The satisfaction of forestry reform significantly affected farmers' willingness. The factors affecting the
comprehensive willingness of farmers were labor quantity and forestland management technology. The analysis on
households' willingness to flow into showed that the significant factors were management scale, degree of difficulty
in transfer and understanding of forest insurance. The significant factors affecting farmers to flow out were business
scale and labor quantity. |
