Abstract:
      China’s Antarctic krill industry has been developed continuously in recent years,due to the problems of immature fishing and processing technology,the utilization rate of Antarctic krill in China is relatively low. Therefore,analyzing research progress on comprehensive utilization of Antarctic krill has important meaning to guide the development of China's Antarctic krill industry. On the basis of introduction of domestic and foreign resources of Antarctic krill and its current situation of exploitation and utilization,the nutritional components of Antarctic krill were reviewed respectively from proteins,lipids and mineral elements;and the active ingredients of Antarctic krill from enzymes,chitin and astaxanthin were introduced,then the primary forms of Antarctic krill processing products were listed. Finally,some problems encountered in the process of exploitation and utilization were analyzed,and suggestions and countermeasures were put forward,to offer beneficial reference for further improving of comprehensive utilization of Antarctic krill resources.
