Abstract: |
This paper analyzed the active ingredients contents betwen Dendrobium Second Love‘ Tokimeki’
and the traditional medicinal D. nobile to provide reference for the development of D. Second Love‘Tokimeki’.
The content of polysaccharide was determined by phenol sulfuric acid colorimetry, and the molecular weight of
polysaccharides was detected by Gel Permeation Chromatography. The content of free amino acid was determined by
LC-MS/MS. The mineral element content was determined by Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometer
240ZAA(GTA120Z). Results showed that the mean value of polysaccharide content of D. Second Love‘ Tokimeki’
was higher than that of D. nobile from September to January of next year, the number-average molecular weight
and weight- average molecular weight of DHPP- Ⅰ of D. Second Love‘ Tokimeki’ were lower than DNPP- Ⅰ of
D. Nobile. There were 19 kinds of free amino acids measured in both species of Dendrobiums, the total free amino
acid content of D. nobile was higher than that of D. Second Love‘ Tokimeki’,but the total content of eight kindsof essential amino acids in D. Second Love‘ Tokimeki’ was higher than that of D. Nobile. The content of Fe and B
elements of D. nobile were higher than those of D. Second Love‘Tokimeki’,but the content of Mn,Zn and Cu
elements of D. Second Love‘ Tokimeki’ were higher than those of D. Nobile. By comparative analysis of three kinds
of active ingredients in both species of Dendrobiums,we can know that the polysaccharide content of D. Second Love
‘Tokimeki’ was higher, and the number-average molecular weight and weight-average molecular weight of DHPP-
Ⅰ of D. Second Love‘Tokimeki’ were lower than DNPP- Ⅰ of D. Nobile, the composition of free amino acids and
mineral element in both species of Dendrobiums were the same, but the contents were different. The results could
provide a reference for the medicinal development of D. Second Love‘Tokimeki’ |
