Abstract:
      In order to study the effects of three kinds of mycorrhizal fungi on growth of Rhynchostylis gigantea seedling,we analyzed the morphological index,nutrient content and photosynthetic capacity after inculating for 90 d. Results showed that,compared with the control group,mycorrhizal fungi increased the fresh weitht;W01 and W02 had promoting effect on the growth of plants,W02 significantly increased plant fresh weight;W01 significantly increased the soluble sugar,soluble protein and nucleic acid content. S01 had pathogenicity to R. gigantea seedling. Photosynthetic pathway of R. gigantean was Crassulacean acid metabolism. The chlorophyll a+b content of plant inoculated W01 was significantly higher than that of control. W01 enhanced the photosynthetic rate of seedling.
