Abstract:
      The lethality of secondary stage juvenile of Meloidogyne incongnita was detected with the variation of suspension concentration of Acremonium sp. by indoor bioassay,and the control efficiency of Acremonium sp. powder against M. incongnita was detected by pot experiment and greenhouse area test in cucumber root stock. Indoor bioassay results showed that the highest mortality of M. incongnita was 89.7%,the log dosage probability line( LD-P) was as follows: y =-7.5989+1.717826x,R2=0.9960,the median lethal concentration( LC50) was 2.15×107 CFU/mL. The pot experiment results showed that the best control effect time was 14 days after drug treatment,with control efficiency of 15.38%-31.57%,there was dose-effect relationship,and it could promote the growth of cucumber rootstock. The greenhouse test results showed that,the best control effect time was 120 days after drug treatment, with control efficiency of 80.47%-84.38%. It was concluded that Acremonium sp. powder had control efficiency against M. incongnita,while it could promote the growth of cucumber rootstock. The powder must be applied in early when disease was lighter,and be applied again after 4 months.
