Abstract:
      To estimate HPLC fingerprint of Fangji for evaluating the differences of chemical composition from different habitats,and provide a reference for evaluating the quality of Fangji,the fingerprints of 14 batches of Fangji from different places were determined by HPLC method. The Ultimmate XB C18 column( 250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) with methanol( A) - 0.1% formic acid-water( B) as mobile phase was used,the flow-rate was set at 0.8 mL/min,the column temperature was set at 30℃ and the detecting wavelength was set at 282 nm. The fingerprints were compared for similarity by using“ Traditional Chinese Medicine Chromatographic Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation System” (2004A) issued by Chinese Pharmacopoeia commission and cluster analysis. The result showed that 9 common fingerprint peaks were identified from 14 habitats of Fangji,and the similarity of all fingerprints was above 0.9,which showed the quality of Fangji from different habitats was good in similarity.
