Abstract: |
214 batches of marine fish imported in 2012-2015 from Baiyun Airport in Guangzhou were examined
for Anisakis larvae by dissection and digest. 10 batches of Anisakis larvae were isolated from marine fishes by
enzymatic degradation. Some Anisakis larvae isolated from imported marine fish were identified via morphology as the
third larvae of Anisakis Type I and the rest were identified as the third larvae of Anisakis Type Ⅱ . Sequencing and
phylogenetic analysis of the ribosomal internal transcribed spacer( ITS) gene identified nematodes as A. simplex,A.
physeteris and A. typica. The study has an important impact on the public health risk assessment, and also provides
the reference for food safety risk assessment of imported marine fish and aquatic products. |
