Abstract: |
Grafting comparative experiments were carried out by different grafting time, stocks, scion
segments,grafting techniques and cultivation methods,using Cerasus campanulata,C. speciosa,C. campanulata
‘Double-flowered’ as stocks and C. yunnanensis‘ Guangzhou’ as scion. Results showed that the best grafting time
of C. yunnanensis‘ Guangzhou’ was January in Guangdong Province, the survival rate after 60 days was 91.67%,
one year later the height of trees was 143.34 cm. The good choice of breeding C. yunnanensis‘ Guangzhou’ was using
the 1-year-old seedlings of C. campanulata and C. campanulata‘ Double-flowered’ as stock, the survival rates
respectively was 94.58% and 93.75%,and the heights of trees were 151.54 cm and 152.27 cm. Different parts of
scion had a little effect on the survival rate and height, while the terminal buds and adjacent two sections had better
effect, the survival rate was 92.92% and the height was 152.54 cm. Cut-grafting was the best choice among different
grafting techniques, the survival rate reached 92.08%,and the height of trees can be up to 154.13 cm. The method with trees planted in land and covered with agricultural films was the best, the survival rate was 95.42% and the
height was 169.63 cm. |
