Abstract: |
Using Yunyan 87 as materials, field experiments were conducted in Feixian of Shandong Province
and Guiyang of Hunan Province,to study the effects of two plant growth regulators on agronomic traits, economic
traits and quality of flue-cured tobacco. The results showed that, two plant growth regulators had a certain role
in promoting the quality of middle and upper tobacco leaves. Tobacco treated by 6-BA showed better agronomic
and economic traits in middle and upper leaves, while jasmonic acid + GA was better on the appearance quality,
chemical composition and sensory quality of middle and upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco. As a whole, the effect
of jasmonic acid + GA on quality of middle and upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco was better than that of 6-BA.
Meanwhile, jasmonic acid + GA promoted the growth and development of middle and upper leaves, improved the
yield, quality of middle and upper leaves, and the overall quality of flue-cured tobacco. |
