Abstract: |
Sugarcane borer is the most important pest in sugarcane planting at present. To study the control
effects of 3 neonicotinoid insecticides granules( imidacloprid, thiamethoxam and clothianidin),their toxicity and
field efficacy were determined by slide dip method and furrow application, respectively. The toxicity determination
showed that three kinds of granules all had good lethal activity for borer and LC50 values of imidacloprid,
thiamethoxam and clothianidin were 0.3239,0.2003,0.1056 μg/mL. The field trials also showed that the control
efficacy of imidacloprid after 45 d,the field efficacy was in an order of clothianidin > thiamethoxam> imidacloprid>
carbofuran, the control effect was positively related to application dose. |
