Abstract: |
Berchemia polyphylla var. leioclada. is a national medicine plant. In order to find the optimum
condition of rutin and quercetin from B. polyphylla var. leioclada. reflux extraction method and surface response
analysis were used, ethanol concentration, extraction temperature,solid-liquid ratio factors and their ineraction
and extracting time were designed to optimize the extracting process. The results showed that the best extraction
condition of rutin and quercetin were selected with 73.72% alcohol,60.52℃ and 32.21 mL/g of solid-liquid
ratio, extracting time was 3 h. The extraction rates of rutin and quercetin were 18.55 and 0.36 mg/g,respectively.
Through experiment study, the average of rutin and quercetin were 18.48 and 0.35 mg/g,respectively,which had
a lillte error to the theory value. The results provide a theoretical basis for further development and use of rutin and
quercetin from B. polyphylla var. leioclada. |
