| Synthesis and testing the ractopamine antigens conjugating with three different carrier proteins |

| Abstract: |
| In order to prepare anti-RAC antibody with high affinity，the synthesized hapten RAC-succinic acid
ester was conjugated with three different carrier proteins（ BSA，OVA，KLH）. After identified by UV spectroscopy
scanning，ESI-MS and conjugation ratio，the successfully synthesized artificial antigens were used to immunize mouse.
The titers of the obtained antiserum was detected by ELISA. The titers of the three artificial antigens were 4 000-32 000.
The results showed that the three artificial antigens had satisfactory immunogenicity，and the immunogenicity of KLH
was better than that of BSA and OVA. Therefore，the antigen can be used to prepare high affinity antibody. |
