Abstract: |
The seeds of Lamiophlomis rotate were used as experimental materials to study the allelopathy
of leachate of barley roots with various soaking time to the L. rotate at 20℃,which would provide a scientific
theoretical basis for crop rotation between L. rotate and graminaceous plants. The results show that different soaking
time of L. rotate seeds have different affect on germination, the start time of germination, germination vigor, rate of
germination, length of plumule and coefficient of variation of L. rotate seeds basically tend to the regular of inhibiting
the growth after promoting with the increase of soaking time. When being soaked for 0.5 h of leachate, the germination
rate of L. rotate seeds is 24.67%,which is approximate to that of CK. When barley roots are soaked for 1 h,the
germination rate ranks to 31.33%. When barley roots are soaked for 1.5 h,the germination rate is 36.67%,which
is the relative highest value, and the coefficient of variation is being most stable and minimum with this treatment,
which is shortened with 1.67 day than CK. For being soaked for 2 h and 2.5 h,the germination rate is 26.00% and
18.67%,respectively,which is 6.76% lower than that of CK,and also the length of plumule is shorter than that
of CK,all of these indicate the depressant effect. Consequently, when the L. rotate seeds are disposed by different
soaking time of leachate of barley roots, the most suitable time for L. rotate seeds germinationis 1.5 h. |
