Abstract:
      The land ecosystem soil respiration is one of the important process of the global carbon cycle,small changes in terrestrial carbon pools will directly influence the global carbon balance,and cause large disturbance to the atmospheric CO2 concentration. Forest,grassland and farmland ecosystem of carbon pool is a key part of deciding on the dynamics of soil carbon source and sinks as an important component of the terrestrial ecosystem soil carbon pool. In this paper,we reviewed method for determination of soil respiration under different land-use types,dynamics of soil respiration under main mode of land use in our country in recent years,and proposed that strengthening the comparison among results from different testing methods and soil respiration model research and scaling application under the condition of complex environment were the direction and focus for further research based on research status of different spatial scales and ecosystem soil respiration.
