Abstract: |
Using the MODIS-NDVI image data of 1 km×1 km resolution in 2000-2014 in Ebinur Lake Basin,
MVC method was applied to make up the 12-year maximum NDVI( Normalized Difference Vegetation Index,
NDVI) and combined with the meteorological factors( precipitation, temperature data) of 20 weather stations, the
variation trend of NDVI and its response to precipitation and mean temperature in the Ebinur Lake Basin from 2000
to 2014 were analyzed. The results showed that the average of NDVI improved from 2000 to 2014,among them, the
slight increase area accounted for 82.97%,the slight decrease and the obvious reduction area accounted for 2.11%,
0.27% respectively, which showed better vegetation improvement. At the inter-annual variability level, the results
of linear correlation and two-dimensional spatial analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between NDVI
and precipitation, while a negative correlation between NDVI and temperature in the study area generally. At the
same time, the response degree of precipitation to NDVI was higher than that of temperature, the linear correlation
coefficients between NDVI and precipitation and temperature were R2 = 0.95 and R2 = 0.81 respectively. Using remote
sensing technology to study the trend of NDVI changes in Ebinur lake in the long time,it has theoretical and practical
significance for the protection of local ecological security. |
