Abstract:
      The paper studied the photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of cassava seedling after Tetranychus cinnabarinus harm. The results showed that: compared with control,the Pn,Tr,Gs,Fm, Fv/Fm of cassava declined,Pn decreased to 2.57-7.62 umol/m2·s,Tr decreased to 0.13-1.28 mmol/m2·s ,Gs decreased to 0.020-0.176 umol.m2·s,Fm decreased to 0.031-0.241,Fv/Fm decreased to 0.037-0.11,while Ci and Fo increased,Ci increased to 3.51-158.5 μmol/mol,Fo increased to 0.023-0.09. There was no difference in the photosynthetic traits and parameters of chlorophyll fluorescence of four cassave varieties.
