Abstract:
Camellia changii is the rare and endangered species and the first-grade state protected plant. This paper analyzed the variation characteristics of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and metabolic response of antioxidant enzyme in C. changii leaves under different degrees of drought, preliminary studied the adaptive response of C. changii to drought stress and rehydration. The results showed that C. changii responded to external drought stress through PS Ⅱ system and antioxidant system. The severe drought stress damaged PS Ⅱ system and decreased photosynthetic electron transport capacity, but a certain degree of drought stress was beneficial to improve the PS Ⅱ reaction center opening proportion. The results provided references for cultivation, and made it better be adapt to drought stress.
