Abstract: |
In order to elucidate the characteristics of Monochamus alternatus, the 14-3-3ζ gene from M.
alternatus called Ma14-3-3ζ was cloned by using cDNA library construction,GenBank(KT970073.1). The
cloned cDNA of Ma14-3-3ζ is 902 bp in length, which contains a 747 bp open reading frame( ORF) encoding 248
amino acids with a calculated molecular mass of 28.16 KD and an isoelectric point of 4.73. The results also indicate
that Ma14-3-3ζ show the highest homology with Tenebrio molitor( 98%),and has 95%-90% amino acid sequence
homology with the 14-3-3ζ from 12 species of insects such as Nilaparvata lugens,M. alternatus and T. molitor on the
same branch in the phylogenetic tree based on insect 14-3-3ζ analysis. |
