Abstract: |
In this study, the method of continuous phase transition at low temperature was used to extract the
antibacterial active substances from camellia seed meal. Ethanol concentration, extraction pressure, extraction
temperature and extraction time were used for factors, the Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Aspergillus
niger were used for target pathogens. Optimal process conditions for continuous phase transition extraction of
bacteriostat from camellia seed meal at low temperature were as follows: the ethanol concentration was 80%,the
extraction time was 1 h,the extraction pressure was 0.4 MPa,and the extraction temperature was 80℃. Under these
conditions, the diameter of inhibition zone for E. coli,S. aureus and A. niger were 13.6 mm,15.1 mm and 13.8 mm,
respectively, achieving the strongest antibacterial effect. |
